Nearly half — 22,598 — carry a facility-level classification, meaning the source itself calls them a clinic rather than us inferring it from a practitioner's credential, and that distinction is marked on every row so a buyer can take only the confirmed sites if they want. Physical therapy, occupational therapy and athletic training are together on purpose, because they are the same clinics: the operators consolidating this sector run PT, OT and hand therapy out of one site under one brand, and hand therapy in particular is classified under physical therapy or occupational therapy purely according to which credential the treating therapist holds. Splitting them would cut real clinics in half. Each row shows its discipline mix, so a PT-only list is one filter away. Subspecialties are named where the practice declared them — orthopedic, sports, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, hand, ergonomics, electrophysiology, neurorehabilitation and more. Therapy assistants are excluded, because that is a credential a person holds rather than a place, and speech-language pathology is deliberately out of scope. Refreshed weekly.
