Dialysis is the most concentrated corner of American healthcare, with two operators controlling the large majority of clinics, which makes the independent and hospital-based remainder a specific and reachable target for anyone selling equipment, supplies, water treatment, transport, staffing or software. Every patient on dialysis attends three times a week, so these are high-frequency, high-consumable sites with predictable purchasing. Certification means the file is authoritative and joins to the CMS quality data published for the same facilities. Refreshed weekly.
