Each row has the office name, street address and suite, city, state, ZIP, the office phone (99% of rows) and the office contact email (99%), and the legal entity (Schindler Elevator Corporation). One row is Schindler's plant and logistics center in Hanover, Pennsylvania, typed as such in locationType; every other row is an office. Schindler publishes no coordinates, so each address was matched with the US Census geocoder: 99 at address level and 6 at their ZIP's centre. County and county FIPS are added. One office is in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
What we did to this data: Added coordinates to 105 listings, added the county to 105 listings, re-placed 0 misplaced map points, flagged 2 incomplete addresses and measured 105 rows. Rebuilt September 29, 2026 from schindler.com.
