Texas Auto Parts Recyclers & Salvage Yards
U.S. Location Dataset // 741
All 741 licensed auto parts recyclers and salvage yards in Texas, from the state licensing extract, each with a business street address, phone, county, license number and expiry date. Used-parts recycling is one of the least documented corners of the automotive aftermarket: yards rarely advertise, many have no website, and no national directory is complete. The state license register solves that. Parts marketplaces and locator networks recruiting suppliers, insurers and collision repairers sourcing recycled OEM parts, core buyers, scrap and metals processors, and yard-management software vendors all need the complete list rather than whoever happens to rank on a search engine. Because this is the license register, it also includes the yards with no web presence at all, which are usually the ones nobody else has reached.
All 741 records, as published — the complete set rather than a sample. That matters most for coverage and gap questions: put together the same list from partial searches and every location you miss reads as a gap that is not there, so the answer is wrong rather than merely late. Assembling the U.S.-wide coverage by hand also means one query per area against sources that cap what they return per search.

?Frequently Asked Questions
Are these junkyards or parts businesses?
Both, since Texas licenses them under one class. In practice the list runs from full-service late-model recyclers with inventory systems through to small self-service yards, all of them licensed to sell used parts.
Do they have websites and email?
The state publishes name, address, phone and county but not websites or email, so those columns are not in this file. Phone coverage is complete, which for this industry is the channel that actually works.
Can I get other states?
Texas publishes a genuinely free bulk extract, which is why it is first. Ask and we will tell you which other states publish comparable salvage or recycler registers.
