Low fill means few agencies publish that field. We do not fill it from guesses.

What our file adds

Expiring-contract lists

12,146 contracts in force. 12,006 carry the contracting officer's small-business call.

Who won past forecasts

The winner, date, amount and contract number on 1,005 awarded forecasts.

Security clearance

Facility and personnel clearance as its own column, on 861 rows.

Small-business specialists

Name or email on 16,423 rows. HigherGov shows an email only.

The agency's own wording

Every date and value read from an agency file keeps the agency's text beside it.

Incumbents filled from USAspending

10,513 rows had only a contract number. USAspending names the contractor.

What they have and we do not

  • Analyst notes and calls to contracting offices (GovWin)
  • AI summaries of each forecast (HigherGov, GovTribe)
  • eBuy task orders (GovTribe Pro, HigherGov)
  • Contacts databases of agency and vendor people
  • State and local opportunities
  • Saved-search alerts and a web app

If your team wants a tool to log into every day, buy one of theirs. If you want the forecasts in your own CRM or spreadsheet, buy the file.

Questions

Is this a GovWin alternative?

For the forecast data, partly. GovWin's strength is its analysts. They write notes on each buy and call contracting offices. We have none of that. We have the agencies' own forecast files, the incumbent and an award check, in one CSV.

Is this a GovTribe or HigherGov alternative?

If you want the forecasts as a file, yes. Our file has 30 of HigherGov's 31 forecast fields and 21 of GovTribe's 25. 18 and 14 of them are filled on half our rows or more. Both sell a web app with search, alerts and AI tools. We sell a download.

How fresh is it?

File built on October 26, 2026. Pulled fresh from every source when you buy. If the file is more than 2 days old, your purchase starts a rebuild. Your download link then serves the new file.

Does it include task orders?

It includes planned task and delivery orders when an agency forecast lists them. It does not include eBuy requests. GSA shows those only to schedule holders. GovTribe Pro and HigherGov import them.

What does “No award found” mean?

The expected award date has passed and the check found no matching award. It does not mean the buy is still open. The award may sit under another title or office, or be a recent Defense award that has not reached USAspending yet.

Does it cover state and local buys?

No. It covers federal agencies only. HigherGov and GovTribe both cover state and local bids.
