About 17,000 upcoming youth sports tournaments in the US, one row per event. About 13,700 are in 2027. The rows come from 15 public tournament calendars: Exposure Events, AES, GotSport, Perfect Game, USSSA, TourneyMachine, Triple Crown Sports, Ripken Baseball, AJGA, the Junior Volleyball Association, USA Volleyball, NTBA, five USA Hockey district lists, Regystra and five hockey tournament operators. Each row names the event and the company or club that runs it. It gives the sport, ages, gender, start and end dates, venue and city. Basketball has about 4,300 events, baseball about 3,900, volleyball about 3,800 and softball about 2,800. Soccer has about 1,300, hockey about 650 and golf about 260. About 2,900 different organizers run them. Two in three events name the tournament director with an email or phone, exactly as the event page shows it. Seven in ten give an entry fee. The middle fee is $350. Almost every event has a map point and a county. When one event is on two calendars, it is one row, and alsoListedOn names the other calendar. The file is rebuilt from every calendar when you buy it, so past events drop out and new ones come in.

## The figures

- Records: 17,162 tournament events (17,158 US)
- States: 52
- Coverage: 50 states, DC and Puerto Rico
- Fields: 40
- Price: $499 one-time, CSV download, commercial license (https://locationlists.com/license)
- File built on November 5, 2026. Pulled fresh from every source when you buy. If the file is more than 2 days old, your purchase starts a rebuild. Your download link then serves the new file.
- File last modified: 2026-11-05

The file has all 17,162 tournament events across 52 states in one download. Building the same list by searching one area at a time tends to miss places, and a missed place looks like a gap in coverage that is not really there.

## Questions

### Where does the list come from?

From 15 public tournament calendars. Exposure Events, AES, GotSport, Perfect Game, USSSA and TourneyMachine are the largest. Every row links to its event page in sourceUrl. We take only what the public event page shows. Nothing comes from behind a login.

### Does it name the tournament director?

On about 12,300 of the 17,000 events. About 11,600 have the director's email or phone. Those details are exactly what the event page publishes. Some emails are personal addresses such as gmail or yahoo. A blank means the page names nobody.

### Which tournaments are missing?

AAU's own calendar is not in it. Neither are events an organizer lists only on its own website, or house events a venue lists only on its own calendar. Some TourneyMachine events give only a city and state.

### How current is it?

File built on November 5, 2026. Pulled fresh from every source when you buy. If the file is more than 2 days old, your purchase starts a rebuild. Your download link then serves the new file.

### Is one event ever listed twice?

No. When two calendars list the same event, it becomes one row, and alsoListedOn names the other calendar. One calendar's own listings are never merged: two rows from one calendar are two divisions or two sites.
