Rows carry Pearle's store number, office type, exam services and exam fees, the insurance the center accepts (387), review counts and average rating by publisher (444), fax, languages and hours. Most centers are franchised; each page is named after its doctor, so the row is named Pearle Vision and the city instead.

Added map coordinates to 0 listings that had none, from the US Census Bureau address geocoder or, where the street address could not be matched, the centre of the ZIP code (October 9, 2026). Set the county and its federal county code on 446 listings, matched to the US Census Bureau county list from the county the source records, the listing's map point, or its ZIP code area (October 9, 2026).
