1,531 HVAC businesses in Iowa in one CSV, one row per business location. 1,525 have a phone number, 1,383 an email address and 350 a website. 1,252 carry an Iowa contractor registration with the Division of Labor, with the number, type and expiry date. 13 more hold a license in another state; licenseState says which. 3 rows are a licensed person at an address where no business name is published (listedAs says so). 21 are members of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America. We read each business's own website for its email, social links and the services it lists. 235 list their services, such as AC repair, heat pumps or maintenance plans, and 107 say they do commercial work. Largest cities: DES MOINES 60, Des Moines 36, CEDAR RAPIDS 30, Sioux City 25. Buyers use it to recruit service partners, sell to contractors and size markets.

### Are these all licensed?

1,265 of the 1,531 rows carry a state license, registration or bond number (licensed = Y). The rest are HVAC businesses from open map data or the ACCA directory. We found no Iowa license at their address or phone. They may still hold one, so check the state's lookup before you rely on it.

### How many have an email address and a phone number?

1,383 of 1,531 have an email and 1,525 a phone. Email comes from the license roll, from open map data or from the business's own website, and emailSource says which.

### Where does the list come from?

Three sources: open map data from the Overture Maps Foundation (HVAC businesses), the Air Conditioning Contractors of America member directory, and state license rolls, including Iowa's. When two sources list the same business at the same place, it is one row; sources and mergedFrom name every source behind it.

### Can I buy every state at once?

Yes. The US HVAC Contractors file has all 50 states and Washington DC, 89,238 businesses. It costs the 51 state lists added up, less 10%.
