38,394 US federal procurement records from 31 agency sources: 26,248 planned purchases from agency forecasts and 12,146 contracts from agency lists of expiring contracts. The record_type column says which kind each row is. The rows cover 24 departments and 244 sub-agencies. On an expiring contract, the re-buy is the lead. An award check looks for every past-due planned purchase in SAM.gov award notices and USAspending. It names the winner on 1,005 forecasts already awarded. A hand check of 4 of them found 4 right (100%). "No award found" does not mean the buy is still open. Agencies rarely revise a forecast. 57% of planned purchases with an expected award date are past it. USAspending names the current contractor on 10,513 rows where the agency gave only a contract number. Every date and value read from an agency file keeps the agency's own wording in a column beside it.

## The figures

- Records: 38,394 forecast records (38,393 US)
- Coverage: U.S. federal agencies
- Fields: 111
- Price: $189 one-time, CSV download, commercial license (https://locationlists.com/license)
- File built on October 26, 2026. Pulled fresh from every source when you buy. If the file is more than 2 days old, your purchase starts a rebuild. Your download link then serves the new file.
- File last modified: 2026-10-26

The file has all 38,394 forecast records in one download. Building the same list by searching one area at a time tends to miss places, and a missed place looks like a gap in coverage that is not really there.

## Questions

### What is in this file?

Two kinds of row. 26,248 planned purchases come from agency procurement forecasts. 12,146 expiring contracts come from agency lists of contracts in force with an end date. For those, the re-buy is the opportunity. 12,006 of them carry the contracting officer's small-business call on the current contract. The record_type column tells them apart.

### Which agencies does it cover?

24 departments and 244 sub-agencies, from 31 sources. The largest by rows: Department of Defense (19,498), Department of the Interior (5,004), Department of Health and Human Services (3,027), Department of Agriculture (2,519). The sources are the GSA Acquisition Gateway, the agencies' own forecast files, and forecast files attached to SAM.gov notices.

### Was a forecast already awarded?

The award_status column says. 1,005 planned purchases are Awarded, with the winner, date, amount and contract number. 12,653 are past their expected date with no award found. 10,547 are not yet due. No award found does not mean still open. The check cannot see awards made under another title or by another office. It also cannot see Defense awards from the last 90 days, which reach USAspending late.

### How accurate is the award check?

4 of 4 awarded rows read by hand were right (100%). Across the last two hand samples, 46 of 49 were right (94%). Each match must come from the same department, and from the same office when the forecast names one. The award date must fit the forecast's dates, and the titles must share words. The award_match_basis column says why each row matched.

### Why are so many forecasts past their award date?

Agencies post a forecast and rarely go back to it. 57% of planned purchases with an expected award date are past it. Filter on award_status and date_passed to set those rows aside.

### How fresh is it?
