8,384 US federal contractors whose primary NAICS code falls in sector 11, Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing and Hunting — active SAM.gov registrations for contract awards, from the 2026-09-06 SAM.gov public extract. 100.0% carry a street address, 28.7% a website, 100.0% a primary NAICS code with its title, 100.0% a CAGE code, 99.9% the name of the government business point of contact, 36.8% received new federal contract dollars FY2021–FY2026, with links to their USAspending profile and largest award, 73.4% a telephone number, 68.3% an email address on a domain that accepts mail, 21.0% the headcount they reported on a 2020–21 PPP loan, and 22.9% are small businesses for their primary NAICS. Email addresses where the firm publishes one on its SBA profile. Every row carries the UEI and CAGE code, physical and mailing address, entity structure, state and country of incorporation, entity start date, every NAICS and PSC code with titles, the set-aside and ownership flags SAM records (woman-owned, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, minority-owned, 8(a) and HUBZone certifications with expiry dates), the purpose of registration, and the initial, activation, last-update and expiration dates of the registration. Registrants who opted out of public display in SAM.gov (31,437 in this extract) are excluded from every product. Built from the SAM.gov public entity extract — the monthly file the General Services Administration publishes of every registration in the System for Award Management, decoded with GSA's own layout, the Census NAICS list and the GSA PSC manual.

## The figures

- Records: 8,384 locations
- States: 52
- Coverage: U.S.
- Fields: 116
- Price: $39 one-time, CSV download, commercial license (https://locationlists.com/license)
- File built on September 15, 2026. Not on an automatic refresh schedule.
- File last modified: 2026-09-15

The file has all 8,384 locations across 52 states in one download. Building the same list by searching one area at a time tends to miss places, and a missed place looks like a gap in coverage that is not really there.

## Questions

### What is one row in this file?

One entity registration in SAM.gov, the System for Award Management every organisation must register in before it can receive a federal contract or grant. US federal contractors whose primary NAICS code falls in sector 11, Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing and Hunting — active SAM.gov registrations for contract awards. The row is keyed by the Unique Entity ID (UEI), which is permanent and is the same id USAspending and FPDS use.

### Does it include email addresses or phone numbers?

Yes, from two public government sources, and every row says which. Telephone and fax come from the entity's most recent federal contract record in USAspending (FY2021–FY2026); where there is none, from the firm's own SBA Small Business Search profile. Email addresses come only from SBA profiles, and only where the firm chose to display them, so they are mostly small businesses. The SAM.gov extract itself carries contact names but no email or phone. Nothing is guessed or compiled from other lists, and no email is ever inferred from a website.

### How often is it refreshed?

File built on September 15, 2026. It is not on an automatic refresh schedule, so check the build date above before you buy.

### Is every SAM.gov registrant here?

Every registrant in the public extract except those who set the 'no public display' flag — 31,437 registrants in the 2026-09-06 file asked SAM not to show their registration in public search, and that request is honoured here even though the extract itself carries their records. Entities whose registration has expired are in the separate expired-registrations file, not this one.

### How does this differ from USAspending or FPDS data?

SAM.gov records who is registered and eligible to receive an award; USAspending records the awards. This file joins the two on UEI: every registration, plus, for each one that won a contract FY2021–FY2026, the number of awards, dollars obligated in total and in the last 12 months, the top awarding agency, the contracting officer's size determination, the five highest-compensated officers where disclosed, and links to the largest and most recent award and the full USAspending recipient profile. The contract totals are reconciled to USAspending's own published totals for every closed fiscal year before a file is built.

### How is the data verified?

A random sample of rows is round-tripped against the live SAM.gov Entity Management API on every build, comparing legal name, CAGE code, physical address, status and expiration date; a build with any disagreement is not published.

### How is this data cleaned?

Every rebuild runs the same steps and counts what each one changed. For the current file, rebuilt September 15, 2026 from SAM.gov public entity extract: Merged 0 duplicate listings that had the same business name, street address and ZIP code, keeping every filled-in detail from both (September 15, 2026). Unified 129 city names written more than one way within the same ZIP code (for example with and without a space or an abbreviation) to the US Census Bureau spelling (September 15, 2026). Corrected 7 misspelled city names to the US Census Bureau place name for their ZIP code (September 15, 2026). Added map coordinates to 8,376 listings that had none, from the US Census Bureau address geocoder or, where the street address could not be matched, the centre of the ZIP code (September 15, 2026). Set the county and its federal county code on 8,376 listings, matched to the US Census Bureau county list from the county the source records, the listing's map point, or its ZIP code area (September 15, 2026). Checked every map point against the state in its address and re-placed 0 points that fell outside that state (September 15, 2026). Flagged 104 addresses that are incomplete, a PO box, or missing a house number, in an address quality column (September 15, 2026). Checked that the row count, state count and field completeness published for this file were measured from the file itself (September 15, 2026).

### Isn't this free on SAM.gov public entity extract?

The underlying records are public on SAM.gov public entity extract. What you pay for is the work between that public release and this file: unified 129 city spellings, corrected 7 misspelled city names, added coordinates to 8,376 listings, added the county to 8,376 listings, flagged 104 incomplete addresses and measured 8,384 rows. The current file was rebuilt September 15, 2026 from SAM.gov public entity extract. Doing it yourself means downloading the full release, repeating each of those steps, and repeating them again every time the source updates.

### How complete is each field?

Measured on every row of the current file, the share of rows that carry each key field: email 69%, phone 73%, contact's phone 68%, website 29%, named contact 88%, government point of contact 100%, street address 100%, city 100%, state 100%, ZIP code 100%, latitude 100%, longitude 100%, year founded 88%, capabilities statement 14%, headcount from PPP loan 21%, industry code 100%, federal contract dollars 44%. 66 of 131 columns are filled on at least half the rows, and 1 is empty in every row.
