By part: State Licence Register 1,427 offices, Independent 603 companies, Otis 182 offices, TK Elevator 121, Schindler 98, KONE 82, Fujitec 18 and Mitsubishi Electric 15. Where two parts list the same place it is one row, however the address or the name is spelled: 92 licensed offices that are a maker's own branch are folded into that maker's office row, which keeps the maker's columns and gains the licence columns (75 maker offices carry 101 licences), and 11 independents are folded into the licensed or maker office at the same place. mergedFrom names every folded row and mergedPhones keeps their other phones. Two rows share a street address and ZIP only when they are different businesses (34 rows, such as the KONE and TK Elevator offices in one Tampa office park). Eight lists in one CSV, one row per place: the Otis, KONE, Schindler, TK Elevator, Mitsubishi Electric and Fujitec office lists from each maker's own site, every active elevator-contractor licence in the sixteen states that publish them (Texas, California, Florida, New York, Connecticut, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Indiana, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Arizona, Washington, Rhode Island, Maine, Oregon, Idaho), and the independent elevator, escalator and stairlift companies in none of those. The brand column says which list each row came from. ### Will I get the same company twice? Not at one place. Rows are one place when they share an address however it is spelled (Northeast or NE, 66th Street or 66 St, Fort or Ft) and are the same business by phone, owner or name (Alliance Elevator Professionals and Alliance Professionals), or carry the same name within 75 m. A maker's branch that also holds a state licence is one row, the maker's office row with the licence columns filled, and brandsAtLocation lists both parts. A company licensed by several states from one office is one row with every licence on it. Two rows share an address only when they are different businesses in one building. A company with several offices has one row per office. ### What does the bundle cost compared with buying the lists one by one? The bundle is $79: the list prices of the eight lists added together, less 10%, as one file and one purchase. There is no subscription and no per-seat license. ### How current is the data?
