135 timeshare resorts in 25 states that Capital Vacations manages, from the destinations data on Capital Vacations' own site. Most are owner-run resorts that hire Capital Vacations to manage them: 78 are also Club Destinations (bookable with Capital Vacations Club points) and 57 are managed only. managementCompany names the Capital Vacations company on each: Capital Vacations Resort Management 70, VRI 58 and Trading Places International 7. Florida has 29, South Carolina 19 and North Carolina 14. Rows carry the tier (Premier, Preferred or Comfort), year built, check-in and check-out, minimum check-in age, pet and smoking policy, amenities, front-desk hours and local attractions. The website column is each resort's own site.

### Are these Capital Vacations' own resorts?

They are the resorts it manages. Most are owned by their own owners' associations; relationship says whether a resort is also a Capital Vacations Club Destination. Capital Vacations' site says it manages about 200 resorts in the United States and Mexico; it lists 138, and 3 in Mexico are left out.

### Why are there so many columns?

Because the file keeps every field the operator's site publishes for each resort, not a shortlist: unit types, amenities, policies, check-in rules and the rest. A column the source fills for only a few resorts is still kept, and its fill is shown beside it on this page.

### Is this list in the Timeshare Industry Bundle?

Yes. The bundle puts this list together with the other 12 operator lists and 978 independent resorts affiliated with RCI or Interval International in one CSV, tagged by brand and owner, for less than buying the lists one by one.
